Special Parts  

Sleeves or bolts, which are perfect for plastic over moulding due to their very low tolerances, are everyday life in SUI FU production. The ability to combine metal forming and plastic in-house remoulding is a typical SUI FU property. In this case, the  over  moulded kngle system has been designed in such a way that particularly high pull-out forces can be achieved.

SUI FU combines many years of experience in cold forming with a complex manufacturing depth. Special machining, rangles and special compensation types make it possible to find the right solutions for many customer-specific development projects.

Also asymmetric Geometry with the highest degree of forming are challenges that SUI FU  successfully masters at all times in the interests of the customer. In addition, specially developed feeding systems offer economically sensible finishing options in further processing.

Beyond standard:  special parts

All SUI FU products are individually developed parts, which are produced in large quantities in the course of cold forming. However, there are always projects in which SUI FU can play out the full range of possible in-house production processes. Already in the development
