STANDARD PRODUCTION

Thanks to our machinery park, but, above all, thanks to our skilled staff, we can produce a large number of parts that comply with the different current standards. 

Where we bring a clear added value is in our ability to produce in large series, but also to manufacture the urgent and essential part in very short time-frames.

Choosing and selecting our raw materials is one of the keys to our production. Whether out of bar, out of pipe or from blank, we endeavor to manufacture and deliver high quality parts. 

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTION

Of course, our production is not limited to parts defined within the accepted norms and standards. So, it is not uncommon that we need to manufacture “non-standard” parts.

In such cases, we analyze what you need with you so that, together, we can find the best solution to meet your criteria.

Besides the customized productions out of bar, we can also make other kinds of parts, whether it is out of pipe, from forged blanks or from any other raw material. Welding operations can also be considered on a case by case basis.

CUTTING, DRILLING, THREADING

4-axis CNC machining Center, CNC lathes, conventional lathes, CNC milling, CNC grinding machines,drilling machines, heat treatment furnace, press ,Robert Welding machine ... We have the infrastructure and the machines required for all traditional machining and transformation operations. Cutting, drilling, threading, milling, the list is far from being exhaustive.

So, besides manufacturing standard parts or customized parts, we can, on request and in compliance with your specifications,  perform all machining or finish operations of a fitting, a bar, a pipe, or a flange.

MARKING AND PACKING

Beyond products as such, we offer some additional services quite worth having.

So, besides the fact that we can arrange freight transportation for you, we can before that: 

specifically mark parts or packages;

provide for a special packing according to what is required by the shipping method or by you.

When packaging and packing, our experienced warehouse staff systematically takes the greatest precautions for your products to be optimally protected during transportation.

With our customers’ agreement, we package and pack the orders according to the appropriate method: strapped pallet, wooden crate, overseas packing (ISPM15)... 

CONTROLS AND UPGRADE

In order to offer our partners a complete solution, we can conduct additional tests on what is ordered. Whether you need non-destructive tests, chemical analyses or destructive tests, we can help you.
